- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pick-up Time
A limousine or shuttle bus (book with an extra fee) will pick you up from Hanoi Old Quarter and then drive you to Halong Bay.
11:00 - 11:30 | Embark - Have Lunch
When you arrive at Lot 32 Tuan Chau Marina, please check in and wait until the cruise departure time to board Orchid Premium Cruise.
You will get a hearty welcome from the cruise staff with a welcome drink and then listen to the cruise manager's safety introduction before checking into your opulent room.
As the cruise travels slowly around the stunning Lan Ha Bay, a delectable lunch will be served in the boat’s restaurant.
Visit Dark & Bright Cave
In the afternoon, we reach Dark and Bright Caves, which is a gorgeous attraction. Let's navigate through the cave and experience the breathtaking beauty of the surrounding islets upclose.

Anchor In Tra Bau
The Orchid Cruise then anchors in Tra Bau, a natural area of Lan Ha Bay.
Once you're back on the cruise, you may relax on the deck, watch the sunset, take advantage of the Happy Hour program (buy 1 drink and get another for free), or enjoy a Vietnamese cooking lesson.
Optional: The onboard massage service is optional. Please get in contact with the manager to book.
Dinner Time - Enjoy Nightlife Fun
Savor a delicious dinner at the stylish yet cozy restaurant, which serves fusion cuisine that blends Eurasian tastes.
After that, let's engage in fun activities like going squid fishing, getting a massage, or watching a movie.

Get up early to enjoy a soothing Tai Chi class on the sundeck while taking in the bay at its most picturesque moment.

Visit Trung Trang Cave
Following lunch, tourists will head to Trung Trang Cave, which is surrounded by hundreds of naturally occurring stalactites with odd forms. The cave is a magnificent site where you can take many unique photos and admire the great views.

Return to the main cruise to pack your belongings and finish the check-out procedure approximately at 9:45.
As the boat sails back to the port, have a delicious brunch, then unwind on the terrace while taking in the scenery.
11:00 - 11:30 | Disembark
As the boat arrives at Tuan Chau Marina, it's time to say goodbye to the cruise staff. You can wait for the transfer vehicle in the waiting room (book the transfer with an extra fee).
14:30 - 15:00 | Return To Hanoi
The return trip to Hanoi might take about 2.5 hours. Drop off at your hotel. Your tour ends.

Excellent views and the service was top-notch. Staff spoke English pretty well. The food was of high quality and delicious.
The crew team accommodated all types of diets, although I just followed what was instructed. The room was clean, big, and included a private balcony.
