If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

8:00 - 8:30 | Pick-up time
For those who book the transfer service (book in the next step with an extra fee), you will be picked up at your hotel in Hanoi and travel to Halong.
12:00 - 12:45 | Check in - Embark
Arrive at the cruise lounge at Lot 27B Tuan Chau Pier. Check-in and transfer to the Melody Private Cruise. The journey begins, get on board and admire the scenery of Halong Bay.
Lunchtime
We will have a nice lunch at the restaurant, then you can have a short rest before the afternoon activities.
Explore Luon Cave
Let’s try kayaking or getting on a bamboo boat rowed by local people at Luon Cave to discover the wonderful beauty here. This is one of the must-try activities in Halong Bay.
Kayak to the attractive Luon Cave
Unwind on Titop Island
Visit the pretty Titop Island. Here, you will have time to climb to the top of the mountain and see the panoramic view of Halong, or swim, take photos, and play on the beach.
Late Afternoon Activities
Return to the junk boat for refreshment with a tea break on the sundeck. Then, you can join in making Spring rolls and watch the sun slowly set over the beautiful bay.
Dinner time and leisure
In the evening, have an intimate dinner with your travel companions in a romantic setting in the dining area.
You should not miss out on some nightlife activities such as board games, karaoke, drinks, and night squid fishing.

Visit Sung Sot Cave
Today, we will explore Sung Sot Cave - considered the most beautiful cave in Halong Bay. It is located halfway up the mountain, after a short hike, you will see the stunning stalactites and stalagmites inside the cave.

Guest returns to the Melody Cruise and checks out at the front desk. Afterward, enjoy a delicious brunch at the restaurant before returning to the pier.

Reach the pier and say goodbye to the crew. It’s time to disembark and wait for your transportation (book with an extra fee).
14:30 - 15:00 | Drop off at Hanoi

Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter (book the transportation with an extra fee) and travel to Halong Bay.
12:00 - 12:45 | Check in - Embark
Reach Tuan Chau Marina and check in at the cruise’s waiting lounge. You get on the boat and begin the journey to Halong Bay, and then check into your cabin.
Enjoy Lunch
Go to the dining area for lunch. After the meal, you can relax and enjoy the magnificent view of the limestone mountains rising from the water.
Travel to Luon Cave
In the afternoon, you can try kayaking or bamboo boating at the Luon Cave area - one of the must-try activities in Halong Bay as it’s a great way to explore the landscape here.

We will explore the Trinh Nu Cave, which is related to a heartfelt narrative of love from the past. The cave is located on two sides of a tiny mountain arc east of the Bo Hon island. Aside from the mythology of a love story, Trinh Nu Cave is one of the archeological sites in Halong Bay.

As a private cruise, it far exceeded any expectations. Everything was excellent, from the comfortable beds to the exquisite cuisine.

Amazing
Choosing this cruise was a nice choice. There are only 4 cabins so each room is big. Our family of 4 had a tranquil journey in Halong Bay. Heart warming customer service from the crew. All in all, it was memorable.
