Customer reviews
We had a nice cruise to Halong Bay. We are glad that we chose the 3 days as we had more time to relax.
The staff on board was friendly and nice. There is not much thing to complain about except for some worn out spots on the sundeck
I really loved our overnight cruise. We booked the Mountain Room, a magnificent front-facing cabin with a balcony.
The host, Tom, was fantastic (as were all of the staff), and we were one of only 10 people on board, providing a nice private atmosphere. The meal was excellent, and we loved the little trips to the floating village, caves, and a small cooking demonstration.
Excellent service provided by the Violet Cruise staff. The cuisine was excellent! And the boat was gorgeous.
Incredible tour of this incredible cruise. Our boat was wonderful. Most of the time there was mist, but it added to the natural beauty.
Overall I felt very satisfied with the service
We took the Violet for a 2D1N tour around Ha Long Bay. The crew was attentive and polite, which made the trip even better. The scenery is breathtaking, and the staterooms are quite comfortable.
The food was excellent, staff was amiable, and the views from our balcony and terrace were breathtaking. Many thanks to the entire crew.
