If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pickup time
You will be picked up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and transferred to Ha Long (for those who book the transfer service only).
NOTE: The transportation is excluded from the cruise price.
11:30 - 12:00 | Depart
Upon arrival at No 12, Tuan Chau Marina, you will enjoy a warm welcome from our cruise staff in the waiting lounge and complete the check-in procedure.
Boarding Hera Grand Luxury Cruise, enjoy a refreshing drink and cold towel before checking into your cabin.
Have lunch
The vessel takes you on an exciting journey to discover the beauty of Halong Bay.
Enjoy your lunch at our luxurious restaurant on board while enjoying the view of some of the most beautiful spots in the bay with thousands of limestone islands.
Visit Titop Island
Return to your room and prepare for swimming activities at Titop Island. In this pretty place, you can hike to the top for a panoramic view of Halong Bay, or have a fun swim in the clear blue water.

Explore Luon Cave
After that, travel to the Luon Cave area, where you will participate in kayaking or have a bamboo boat tour around the thousand-year-old rock formations here.
Sunset Party on board
Return to Hera Junk and participate in the Sunset party while the vessel cruises toward the anchor point. You can relax and sip a drink on the sundeck amid a wonderful sunset in the Happy Hour.
Or you may be instructed to make delicious Vietnamese floating rice cakes with our chef and then enjoy them.
Dinner time - Evening activities
Enjoy an amazing dinner outdoors (if the weather is favorable) or at the restaurant.
Then, you can participate in evening activities such as massage (additional charge), herbal foot baths in your room (free of charge), drinks, and squid fishing.
A unique Bamboo dancing or fashion show of traditional costumes “Footsteps of Heritage” will be held, too.

Morning Exercise
For early risers, let’s get on the sundeck to catch the glorious sunrise and practice in Tai Chi class to get ready for the day.
Then, have a light breakfast with coffee, tea, cake and fruit, Pho, and egg station.
A trip to Sung Sot Cave
It’s time to explore Sung Sot Cave, one of the largest and most beautiful caves in Halong Bay with unique rock formations which couldn't be found anywhere else.
The path to the entrance of the cave is under a canopy of leaves. Walking through 100 steep stone steps, tourists may experience the excitement as if they are stepping into the sky.

After the cave tour, get back on board. You can rest in your room, enjoy the herbal foot bath, sunbathe on the sundeck, etc.
Please put your luggage outside your cabin and leave the room key at the reception desk. Our staff will transfer your luggage to the waiting lounge.
Have brunch
Enjoy a brunch buffet at the restaurant on the 2nd floor and settle the bills if you have any. The junk will sail back to the mainland.
11:00 | Disembark at Tuan Chau
Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina and get off the cruise ship. If you book the transfer service (extra fee needed), wait for your driver and travel back to Hanoi.
14:30 - 15:00 | Hanoi Arrival
You’ll reach your hotel in Hanoi Old Quater after 2.5 hours. This is the end of your trip.

If you use the transfer service, travel from your hotel to Tuan Chau Marina via highway (the cruise price excludes transportation).
11:30 - 12:00 | Check-in & Embark
Reach the pier before noon, the cruise staff welcomes you. Do the check-in process before boarding Hera Luxury Junk.
Enjoy refreshments and cold towels before checking into your cabin. Along the way, you can see beautiful spots in Halong while the ship heads to Titop Island.

Have a nice lunch at the cruise’s restaurant to prepare yourself for the next excursion.
Relax in Titop Island
In the afternoon, prepare for a fun time on the stunning Titop Island. You can choose to swim in the jade-green water here or get to the island’s top for a spectacular view of the bay from up high.
Explore Luon Cave Area
Next, you will take a trip to Luon Cave. Kayaking activities and sightseeing on a bamboo boat are recommended. The imposing mountain and the unique cave with half of its body underwater, which resembles a large gate, will astound you.
Sunset Party & Cooking Class
Back on board, you'll attend the Sunset party and cooking class as the ship makes its way to the anchor point.
Guests may unwind while taking in the breathtaking vistas during the Happy Hour. You can also learn how to make classic Vietnamese drift cakes.

Enjoy a romantic dinner outdoors (if the weather permits) or in a restaurant.

Morning Activities
Start the day with an amazing sunrise in the middle of the ocean and have breakfast to prepare for the day.
You will be transferred to a day boat for an exciting trip to Lan Ha Bay, a pristine destination, you find less crowd but more serenity.
Arrive at Dark & Bright Cave
When you get to the famous Dark and Bright Cave, you have the option of kayaking. As you make your way into the cave and get out, you'll be greeted by a stunning sea valley surrounded by majestic mountains.

Back to the boat and have lunch around noon. Then, you can relax and enjoy the bay view while the boat sails to the next destination.
Have fun in Ba Trai Dao
Transfer to Ba Trai Dao Beach, the most beautiful place in Lan Ha Bay, for swimming activities. The beach will amaze you with its white sand, emerald water, and mild pleasant weather conditions.
Relax on board
After swimming, you will get back to Hera Grand Luxury Cruise. Then, you can take a rest or relax on the sundeck. You can also use the foot soak basin, gym, and sauna room for free or enjoy a massage (additional charge).
At dusk, join the Sunset party and Vietnamese cooking class or have drinks in Happy Hour.
Dinner time and leisure
In the evening, enjoy your dinner on the sun deck (if the weather is favorable) or at Lily's Restaurant.
Afterward, guests can join evening activities such as massage (surcharge), herbal foot bath in the room (free), squid fishing, or enjoy drinks at the Sky Bar.

9:30 | Check out - Brunch time
After the cave tour, return to the boat for the check-out procedure. Please leave your luggage outside the cabin and the key at the front desk.
In the restaurant, a scrumptious buffet brunch will be provided, let’s relish your meal while taking in the stunning views of Halong Bay for one last time.
11:00 | End of the cruise
Arrive at Tuan Chau Port and say farewell to the staff before disembarking. If you use the transfer service (book with an extra fee), our driver transport you back to Hanoi.
14:30 - 15:00 | Reach Hanoi
In the afternoon, stop at your hotel in the Old Quarter and end the trip.

Have a great time
Very nice trip. The cruise although not new but still well-maintained. Cabin was comfy and staff was super friendly. Activities were fun, especially kayaking. The cave tour was packed with tourists so we didn't like it as much.
Overall a nice experience for our family.

Nice ship
A pleasant stay, and excellent treatment, everything was very clean and the staff very friendly.
The food was great. If I have to say something, it is the price of the drink, since it is not included in the package and is high.
The boat, in general, is quite good, at times you feel like you are not at sea. Recommended!

Nice trip
Great cruise. Mr. Dan is very enthusiastic, the service style is very good, the food is suitable, the staff is enthusiastic, and our family will come back to experience it soon.

The boat is large and comfortable, the food is buffet style and they have a good variety, although be careful with intolerances, etc. because they don't control too much. The staff is super friendly and they are eager to help.
