- Children under 5 years old: free of charge if sharing a cabin with parents without an extra bed. Baby Cot is free of charge but subject to availability of the travel date.
- Children from 5 to below 8 years old: 50% charge if sharing the bed with parents, or 75% if an extra bed is required.
- Children from 8 to below 11 years old: 75% charge if sharing the bed with parent, or 100% charge if an extra bed is required.
- Two children under 11 years old sharing a private cabin are charged at 75% of the full cabin rate.
- Children from 11 years old: full charge as adults’ rate.
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

A limousine transfers tourists to Halong International Harbour after picking them up in Hanoi's Old Quarter (book the transfer with an extra fee).
12:15 - 12:45 | Embark - Lunchtime
Arrive at the Harbor promptly and board the Garden Bay Legend Cruise. Once you've completed the check-in process, enjoy a delightful welcome drink and a cruise briefing.
Then, relish a delectable lunch while marveling at the mesmerizing scenery of the limestone islands toward Bai Tu Long Bay.
Discover Cap La Island
Kayaking in the Cap La Area allows you to see the most beautiful limestone islets and islands in the area's natural environment. If you would rather not be active, you can lie on the sandy beach and go swimming in the emerald water.

Late-afternoon Activities On Cruise
Come back to the cruise to take part in Happy Hour at the sundeck during the sunset party, as the boat cruises to the Cong Do region to anchor.
Then, you have time to take part in a Vietnamese cooking class and learn how to prepare spring rolls.
Have Dinner - Nightlife Fun
Savor a delectable meal in the restaurant or have a fantastic barbecue dinner on the Sundeck (Not available till October).

Start your day right with some Tai Chi exercises on the sundeck.
Head over to the restaurant and enjoy a delightful breakfast. Indulge in freshly baked pastries, and energize yourself with coffee or tea.
Explore Vung Vieng Village
Proceed to the tender to reach the Floating Village of Vung Vieng. Take a rowing boat ride (the fishermen row it) to discover this quaint location and the local fishing lifestyle. Savor a tranquil time while breathing in fresh air.

After this incredible tour, return to the ship. It's time to check out of your cozy accommodation.
As the cruise sets sail towards the port, treat yourself to culinary delights and relish your remaining time in this breathtaking bay.
11:30 - 12:00 | Disembark
It's time to disembark from the cruise and make your way to the waiting lounge at the Halong International Harbor.
14:30 - 15:00 | Return To Hanoi
Hop onto the transfer car (book with an extra fee) and return to Hanoi! Stop at your hotel in the Old Quarter.

A driver will pick you up at your hotel in Ha Noi Old Quarter (book the transportation with an extra fee), and travel to Halong International Harbor.
12:15 - 12:45 | Start the cruise
Upon arrival at Garden Bay waiting lounge, you'll have a short time to relax before embarking. Then, transfer to Garden Bay Legend Cruise by tender (5 -10 minutes).
Enjoy the welcome drinks, listen to the safety briefing, then check in to your cabin on board. Afterward, have a delicious Vietnamese set menu while the boat cruises leisurely to the heart of Bai Tu Long Bay.

Explore the Cap La Area
In the afternoon, guests will join the kayak activity to discover the most breathtaking natural scenery of limestone islands and islets in the Cap La Area. Swimming and sunbathing are also suitable for those who want to relax.
Back on board
Return to Garden Bay Legend. Participate in the Sunset party on the sundeck while the boat is cruising to the Cong Do area to anchor.
Then, you may take part in the cooking class to learn how to make spring rolls and decorate the dishes.
Evening Activities
Having a sumptuous BBQ dinner on the sundeck (if it’s not raining) or in the restaurant. Afterward, it's free time to relax, play board games, or try luck with squid fishing.

Morning Warm-up
To start the day, you can wake up early for Tai Chi exercise or catch the sunrise. Then, have a light buffet breakfast.
This day we shall have a deeper exploration through Halong Bay to Lan Ha Bay using a day boat.
Travel to the Tung Sau Area
Get picked up on the day boat and cruise through Halong Bay before reaching Tung Sau area, where you can visit the pearl farm and learn about the intriguing Halong Bay agriculture.
Visit Trinh Nu Cave
Afterward, we get to the Trinh Nu area. Let's discover this stunning place by kayak. The area is full of majestic limestone islands with outstanding rock formations. This is the perfect chance to take many wonderful pictures.
Join a fun Kayaking Activity
Have lunch
Then, we will return to the day boat and have lunch with seafood grilled and Vietnamese delicacies, while the junk boat cruises back to Bai Tu Long Bay by a different route.
Back to Garden Bay Cruise
In the afternoon, we sail back to the main boat, passing by the beautiful Trong Cave area. Relax on the main cruise ship, and continue the activities as day 01: Happy Hour and cooking class.
In the evening, enjoy a nice meal then relax on the sundeck or in your cabin.

Using a day boat for the 2nd day
Tai Chi Class - Breakfast
Let's wake up early in the morning to see the pretty sunrise, then join the Tai Chi class to warm up. After that, savor a light breakfast while the boat cruises toward the most beautiful fishing village in the bay.
Vung Vieng Village Excursion
Transfer to Vung Vieng Fishing Village by tender. In this place, you will ride on the rowing boat (rowed by the fisherman) to explore this charming floating village and learn about the local fishing life.

09:00 | Return on board - Check out
Back to the main boat for the cruising back to the harbor by a different route. Let's check out before having the final lunch onboard in fusion style.
11:30 - 12:00 | Disembark
Reach the Halong International Harbor. Say goodbye to the staff and wait for your transportation back to Hanoi (book with an extra fee).
14:30 - 15:00 | Arrive at Hanoi
Drop off at your hotel in Hanoi after around 2,5 hours of driving. This is the end of your trip.

Great
Trip went well, the weather was amazing. I took so many pictures of sunset as it was stunning. The boat is not new but the staff's service makes up for it.
I had a great time in Bai Ti Long and will return next year.

Good experience
A nice cruise, old-fashioned style, and in keeping with the wonderful landscape, the rooms had wonderful views on both sides, and the cabin had a small balcony that allowed you to enjoy the landscape in peace.
The activities and the experience were very good. The food was average although all the staff was wonderful.

Need some upgrade
The rooms are cozy and the beds are comfortable. However, the room feels old and needs to be renovated. The meals are nice, but the drinks are overpriced for the standard.
Overall it is more or less comparable to the price, you may choose a better cruise ship if you have the budget.
