If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

Cruise Itinerary
8:15 - 8:45 | Travel from Hanoi
Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and travel to Halong ( book the limousine bus/private car with an extra fee).
12:00 - 12:30 | Depart - Lunchtime
Arrive at the cruise’s reception lounge at Lot 35 Tuan Chau Marina and check in. Then, leave the pier to Doris Cruise.
Get on the ship, listen to a cruise briefing, and have lunch while the ship makes its way into the wonderful Lan Ha Bay.
Visit the Tra Bau Area
You will have around 1.5 hours of kayaking and swimming in the gorgeous Tra Bau area (the background of “Kong: Skull Island Movie”).
You can also stay on board to use the Jacuzzi (located at the bow of 3rd deck)

Sunset time on board
Return to Doris Cruise and enjoy the Sunset Party with cakes; peanuts; fruit, and tea for complementary.
Later, guests may join the cooking demonstration or enjoy Happy Hour and relax with drinks.
Have dinner - Free time
Go to the restaurant on the 3rd floor for a nice dinner after a day full of fun activities.
Afterward, it’s time for evening entertainment: squid fishing, massage, and drink at the bar. Stay overnight in your cabin.

Practice Tai Chi - Enjoy Breakfast
Let’s wake up all your senses with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck. Later, get ready for the day with a delicious breakfast in the restaurant.
Morning Tai Chi Class
Explore Dark & Bright Cave
After breakfast, get on a tender to travel to the famous Dark & Bright Cave. Here, you can go on a rowing boat trip with local people to discover the area, which is a place with one-of-a-kind rock formations and rich biodiversity.
10:30 | Back to the cruise - Have Brunch
Return to Doris Cruise and have some time to relax before checking out of your cabin. Please put your luggage in front of the door and return your room key to the receptionist.
Have brunch at the restaurant and enjoy your last moment in Lan Ha Bay.
11:30 - 12:15 | Disembark
Leaving the vessel to get on the transfer boat back to Tuan Chau Harbor at Lot 35. Arrive at the mainland and wait for your driver (book the transfer back with an extra fee).
14:30 - 15:00 | Back to Hanoi
After a 2.5-hour drive from Halong, you will reach your hotel in Hanoi. This is the end of the trip.

8:15 - 8:45 | Pickup time
If you book our transfer package (extra fee needed), you will be picked up from your accommodation in Hanoi and driven to Halong Bay.
12:00 - 12:30 | Check-in - Have lunch
Get to the Reception lounge at Dock 35 Tuan Chau Marine, followed by a tender transfer to Doris Cruise.
After settling in aboard the cruise, you will eat lunch in the restaurant before sailing into the heart of the paradise to explore Lan Ha Bay.
Visit the Tra Bau Area
Taking a trip in the afternoon to Tra Bau. This will be an amazing experience due to its pristine beauty and natural marvels. You may kayak or swim, getting up close and personal with the surroundings and genuinely enjoying the pristine beauty.
Alternatively, you may rest in the onboard Jacuzzi while taking in the breathtaking views of the bay.

Late afternoon activities
You will join a lovely Sunset Party as you back on the cruise. Enjoy a delicious array of complementary snacks such as cakes, peanuts, and tea.
Then, take part in a culinary class to learn about Vietnamese cuisine and try your hand at preparing a traditional dish. Or you may have drinks at the Happy Hour.
Dinner and Leisure time
Afterward, a delectable meal awaits you. Enjoy a feast of sensations, with the finest ingredients.

Morning Warm-up
A rejuvenating Tai Chi exercise on the sundeck in the sunrise will awaken your senses, surrounded by the beautiful splendor of Lan Ha Bay.
Take a minute to relax and enjoy the morning vista of Lan Ha Bay while having breakfast.
A trip to Viet Hai Village
Following that, we will transfer to a day boat to explore other sights of the bay. Visit the tranquil Viet Hai town, a 100-year-old fishing town in Cat Ba Island with many unique things to uncover.
Here, you may cycle through the aromatic paddy fields, enjoy a fish massage, or chat with the locals. Or else, you can have an electric cart tour to explore the area.
Have lunch - Kayaking
After that, you'll return to the day boat for lunch and to refuel before your afternoon adventure.
Then, it will be your free time to kayak and discover Lan Ha Bay's hidden beauty.

Unwind in Ba Trai Dao
The second highlight of the day is a swim at the most gorgeous beach in the bay, Ba Trai Dao. This palace is like a paradise, with the blue of the ocean blending with the white sandy beach.
Relax at Dusk
After a fun time, we will relax aboard the day boat as it returns you to Doris Cruise.
Once you get back, participate in the Sunset party with Happy Hour while enjoying the sunset. If you missed the cooking class on the 1st day, let's take another one today.
Evening on board
Enjoy the wonderful dinner that awaits you at the 3rd deck restaurant.
After that, engage in some board games, have a massage, or try squid fishing.

Travel on a day boat for the 2nd day
Morning Activities

Dark & Bright Cave Excursion
Participate in a journey to Dark & Bright Cave, a wonderfully captivating natural marvel. A tender will take us to the cave's entrance, where we will get on a rowing boat or a kayak to enjoy its stunning splendor.
This immersive experience allows you to get up close to the cave's spectacular shapes and detailed intricacies. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the surroundings and unwind.
10:30 | Check out - Brunch time
We will return to the ship after the cave trip to check out of the cabin. Please leave your bags in front of your cabin door, and ready for disembarkation.
Go to the restaurant for a tasty brunch. Enjoy the bay’s beauty for one last time aboard the Doris Cruise.

11:30 - 12:15 | Disembark
The ship returned us to Tuan Chau Harbor, Dock 35. Drop off and relax in the waiting lounge.
If you use the transfer service (not included in the price), a limousine or shuttle bus will take you back to Hanoi.
14:30 - 15:00 | Arrive at Hanoi
Have a short rest on your transportation while it returns to Hanoi. Get off at your hotel.

Great vacation
The trip on the occasion of my birthday was full of fun and excitement. The cruise was beautiful, the price was reasonable, and the staff were enthusiastic throughout the trip. Especially since my family had a baby, Ms.Huong always took care of the meals enthusiastically and thoughtfully.

Nice overall
We had a great time on board. The service is up to standard. But the drink price is too high for us. Other than that, it was fine.

Fantastic!
The yacht is clean, the rooms are spacious. Attentive service, especially I am very impressed with Unie and Kevin, they are very cute and enthusiastic.
The food menu is quite diverse, however I still wish the set had more Vietnamese food. The ship should also stock different types of seafood so tourists can order additional dishes off the menu.

Kind and courteous customer service
The staff was very kind and polite.
The manager, Jessica, was kind and considerate.
The food is well seasoned and I think it's one of the best on a cruise. Drinking water is free inside the cabin.
The only drawback is that the room's walls are thin and you can hear voices faintly. Other than that it was very good.

The cruise is very beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good views from the room with large windows. The staff is always very attentive to your needs and is very nice, especially Annie, thank you very much!!
I recommend doing all the activities. I caught a squid.
