Booking Policy
- Vietnamese - English speaking tour guide on boat
- 01-day visit Halong Bay (cruising time from 09:00 – 17:00)
- 01 lunch on boat
- Travel insurance, VAT & service charge
- Halong Bay fees*: Ha Long Bay fees are subject to change by Ha Long Bay Management without prior notice

- From 01 – 03 days prior to the arrival: No amendment is allowed. 50% of the total amount of booking is applied if cancellation is made
- On the day the arrival: charge 100%
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:45 | Check-in Time
Arrive at the Ambassador's Lounge at Halong International Port to check in, and then you will be transferred to Ambassador Cruise II.
NOTE: The shuttle bus ride from Hanoi takes 2.5 hours for those transferring. When booking the cruise, you can reserve the transfer with an extra fee.
Explore Sung Sot Cave
Travel to Sung Sot Cave, also known as the Surprising Cave, the bay's largest and most magnificent cave. This place is a must-visit spot as it has a one-of-a-kind view of stalactites & stalagmites.
Titop Island
Go to the breathtaking Titop Island, where you may unwind on the sandy beach or go swimming. Hiking to the island's peak to see the stunning limestone mountains and still-blue waters is also a fantastic alternative.
Lunchtime
As the ship sails deeper into the bay, you'll have the opportunity to witness the striking scenery of Halong Bay while having a premium lunch.
Visit Luon Cave
Next on the itinerary is Luon Cave, by kayaking or sitting on bamboo boats, you'll have the chance to explore the serenity and tranquility of the area.

Return On Board
Get back on board and proceed in the direction of Halong Harbor.
Enjoy the captivating live band music on the sundecks (except on Mondays) while taking in Halong Bay's breathtaking surroundings. As an alternative, you can take a cooking class at the restaurant on the 4th floor.
16:00 - 16:30 | Disembark
Complete the check-out process at the reception on the 1st deck while the cruise returns to the harbor.
19:30 | Back to Hanoi
Get off board. It's time to bid farewell for now, take care, and have a fantastic time!
You'll be dropped off at your hotel in the Old Quarter if you book the transfer service (with an extra fee).

A comfortable and fun trip to Halong Bay for a day.

Relaxing cruise for a day
I had great fun on this trip. We travel in Halong for around 6 hours and visit famous attractions like Surprising Cave, and Titop Island. The lunch is very delicious. The downside is that I don't have any peaceful corner to relax after lunch as there are may guests on board.

an enjoyable trip with tasty meals
For one day, there were a lot of activities, which made for a cool experience. Even though my trip lasted only one day, I had an unforgettable experience and the cuisine was excellent. Although there is nothing more to add, they could make the bay's sightseeing better. The cruise was enjoyable even with the poor Internet.
