- Only one (01) child under 4 years old sharing room with two (02) adults is allowed for FOC
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pick up from Hanoi
Meet your driver at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and start the 2.5-hour drive to Halong (transfer price is excluded from the price).
11:00 - 12:00 | Depart
Customers arrive at Alisa's lounge at Tuan Chau Marina. Get on a tender to Alisa Premier Cruise, enjoy drinks, and listen to the introduction about the program, and safety instructions.
Have a nice lunch
Then, enjoy lunch at the restaurant aboard with dishes bearing the essence of Vietnamese and international cuisine.
During lunch, the cruise will take you to start your journey. Exploring the sights of Halong, one of the new 7 Natural Wonders of the World. Afterward, check in your room.
Visit Titop Island
Travel to the charming Titop Island, a famous spot to join water activities. The beach here is clean and ideal for swimming. Or else, you may hike to the mountaintop for a panoramic view of Halong Bay.
Luon Cave Excursion
You start going to Luon Cave after that. Coming to this area, you can freely go kayaking or you can choose to sit on a bamboo boat and explore this natural place leisurely.
Leisure time at Sunset
Back to the cruise ship and feel free to rest. Don’t miss the chance to watch the sunset fall over the bay and take stunning pictures.
Later, you may enjoy Happy Hour at the Sky bar and join a Vietnamese cooking class.

Dinner Activities
Have a delicious dinner at the restaurant with dishes made from local products. After dinner, you are free to relax or participate in activities such as playing cards, chess, karaoke, and squid fishing.

Morning warm-up
To start the day, you can go to the gym to practice or get on the sundeck to watch the early sunrise. Have a light breakfast at the yacht's restaurant, including tea, coffee, fresh milk, cakes, fruits, cereals, etc.
Tai Chi on Sundeck
A trip to Sung Sot Cave
After breakfast, begin the trip to Sung Sot Cave, one of the largest grottoes in Halong Bay. The numerous stalactites and stalagmites with inspiring shapes will surprise you.
9:45 | Check out - Have brunch
Travel back to the Alisa Cruise for refreshment. Do the check-out procedures while the yacht departs for the pier.
Enjoy lunch at the restaurant and watch the famous attractions of Halong such as Stone Island, Dinh Lu Huong, and Hon Ga Choi, etc.
11:00 - 11:30 | Disembark time
After completing the payment procedures for incurred expenses, a tender will transfer you back to Tuan Chau Marina.
14:30 - 15:00 | Arrival at Hanoi
Wait for your driver and travel from the pier to Hanoi (book with an extra fee). Stop at your hotel and end your trip.

For guests who book the transfer service, get ready to be picked up at your hotel in Hanoi. Travel via highway to Halong (the price does not include transportation).
11:30 - 12:00 | Embark - Have lunch
Arrive at Alisa’s lounge in Tuan Chau Pier. Check-in and get on a tender to the cruise ship. Get on board and enjoy drinks while listening to the cruise briefing and safety instructions.
Alisa Premier Cruise starts the journey to Halong Bay. Let’s go to the restaurant for a nice lunch and enjoy the scenery as you pass by majestic limestone islands.
Have fun on Titop Island
In the afternoon, guests visit Titop Island and have around 1 hour to discover this pretty place. You can get to the top of the island for a grand view of Halong Bay or chill out on the breezy beach here.
Travel to Luon Cave
The next stop will be the unique Luon Cave which is like an entrance to the wonderful area where sky, sea, and mountain harmonize. You can choose to kayak or use a bamboo boat to explore this attraction.

Activities at Dusk
Return to Alisa Cruise Halong Bay in the late afternoon to enjoy the gorgeous sunset.
This is a perfect chance to unwind with drinks in the Happy Hour and enjoy the cool wind. Then, join the cooking class for some Spring Rolls.
Dinner & Nighttime Leisure
Have a sumptuous dinner to get your energy back after an active day. Afterward, you can try squid fishing, sing karaoke, have a massage, etc, before resting in your cabin.

Morning Activities
Guests may use the facilities in the gym on the 3rd floor for free, or watch the glorious sunrise on the sundeck. To prepare for the day, a light breakfast will be served at the restaurant including tea, coffee, fresh milk,...
Explore Drum & Trinh Nu Area
Tourists board a day boat to explore the Halong Bay further. We will explore the beautiful area of Trong Cave & Trinh Nu Cave. Here you will be free to participate in kayaking and swimming activities.
Lunchtime
Around noon, return to the day boat, it’ll anchor in a beautiful and quiet place for lunch.
Visit Pearl Farm
Continue the trip to route 2 of Halong Bay. You leave the cruise to visit the Pearl Farm Exhibition Center and Museum. We will have around 40 minutes here to learn how to raise the pearls, harvest them, and it's business.
Return to Alisa Cruise
You will be taken back to Alisa Premier Cruise at Titop Island and have free time for yourself.
Later, guests may relax on the sundeck and enjoy a sunset party with snacks and seasonal fruits. Afterward, there will be a Happy Hour and cooking class.
Chilling out in the Pool
Savor dinner - Leisure time
Under the magnificent night sky, a luxurious dinner is served with a variety of Vietnamese and Asian dishes.
Evening activities include squid fishing, enjoying squid cooked with the help of our chef, and relaxing with a drink at the bar.

Travel on a day boat on the 2nd day
Exercise in the morning
If you miss the sunrise on day 2, don’t forget to catch it on the last day. Followed by some exercise in the gym before having breakfast in the dining area.
A trip to Sung Sot Cave
Visit the well-known Sung Sot Cave, one of the largest caves in Halong Bay. The name Surprise (Sung Sot) shows how spectacular the rock system inside this place is, with 2 huge chambers and numerous stalactites and stalagmites.
9:45 | Check out & brunch time
Return to the cruise after the cave tour to relax before checking out and settling your bills.
As Alisa Premier Cruise sails back to the mainland, have a wonderful meal in the beautiful setting of various limestone islands of the bay.
11:00 - 11:30 | Get off board
Reach Tuan Chau Marina by a tender from the vessel. Say goodbye to the crew and travel back to your hotel (book the transfer service with an extra fee).
14:30 - 15:00 | Return to Hanoi
You’ll arrive at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter after a 2.5-hour drive. End of services!

2-day trip in Halong
Thank you to the staff on board for your service. We booked this cruise for our anniversary and the crew was amazing. They even decorated the room for us. It's just that 2 days didn't feel enough for relaxation. You actually spend around 24 hours on board.
Maybe I'll book a 3-day cruise next time.
